Dream Series

TEDxMiddlebury is a TED event hosted on the Middlebury Campus once per year, run entirely by students. We bring 10 speakers, one faculty member, and one student together to give 18 minute talks based around a theme. This year’s theme is Research, Reimagine, Rebuild.

MiddSTART will provide funds for our stage design at our annual TEDxMiddlebury Conference. In TED tradition, all conferences have a unique stage design that reflects speakers and the location of the event. Thus, this project will help us design a stage that not only frames our speakers well, but represents the Middlebury community in a professional light. Our talks are posted online and are generally viewed by thousands of people.

We will share updates with our donors through email — plus encourage all to see the TEDxMiddlebury site to watch all the talks that have been posted:  http://sites.middlebury.edu/tedx/
